Discovery Session: This first free-of-charge and obligation-free meeting is a focused, confidential conversation designed to create clarity. This is where we slow everything down, cut through the noise, and identify what is truly happening in your life right now. We explore where you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, and uncover what you want to change, strengthen, or reclaim. This session is not coaching yet. It is an intentional space to assess alignment, define priorities, and determine whether working together is the right next step for you. You leave with insight, direction, and a clear understanding of what progress could look like moving forward.
My Cancellations Policy: In common with most professional services, I am self-employed and therefore need to manage my diaries efficiently. I therefore operate a strict cancellations policy requiring all clients to give us a minimum of one business day (24 hours) notice of any cancelled session. The full fee is payable if sufficient notice is not given.
