Your first step is to schedule your initial appointment. 

Your initial evaluation session provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other, build rapport, share some background, and decide are we are a good fit for an honest, open, and trustworthy partnership. In addition, I will be able to answer your questions regarding services, confidentiality, and what to expect in our sessions. With your best interests in mind, we will decide together what will benefit you the most.

At the end of your first session, if you decide to move forward and work with me, you will be asked to schedule further appointments. At your second appointment, we will work with you to set goals for your overall direction and experience, and then begin working together towards achieving your vision
